Your concerns about a public mental health and wellbeing service in Victoria

If you, or someone you care for, has had a negative experience while receiving mental health assessment or treatment, you have the right to make a complaint.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission (MHWC) is an independent body that deals with complaints about mental health and wellbeing services funded by the Victorian government, including services delivered by a public hospital.

You can make a complaint directly to the service or you can contact the MHWC to make a complaint about the service with us.
